How Does It Work
Machine embroidery requires certain steps of preparation to get great results, general rule of thumb, smaller the embroidery text or graphic, harder it is to get clear and high definition stitch out, we encourage our clients to design texts and graphics with few guidelines in mind, in order to achieve best results, texts with upper case letters equal or bigger than 5mm is most desired. Second step of the process would be Digitizing. This is the process of converting a Vector(SVG,AI,EPS…) or picture(PNG,JPEG,PDF,PSD…) into embroidery machine, stitch out file, if you do not have a stitch out file, we offer flat rate conversion(Setup) fee . This is one time charge per logo.

Cotton Thread
Cotton thread is a textile material widely used and appreciated in a variety of industries, from fashion to household goods and handicrafts. It is produced from the natural fibers found in the seeds of the cotton plant, known scientifically as Gossypium.
These fibers are soft, flexible and generally white in color, which facilitates their dyeing to obtain a wide range of colors. One of the most outstanding characteristics of cotton yarn is its softness and breathability. This makes it ideal for clothing, especially in hot climates, as it allows the skin to breathe and provides all-day comfort.
Matt Thread
Matt threads” is a type of yarn used in the textile industry that is characterized by its matte and smooth surface. This type of yarn is manufactured by a special process that involves the use of high quality fibers and careful finishing to achieve a matte appearance and a soft feel to the touch. Mat yarn is especially popular in the manufacture of high-end garments, where its elegant appearance and luxurious texture are valued.
In addition, it is used in the manufacture of home textiles, such as curtains and bedding, as well as in the production of luxury textile products. Its matte finish gives it a sophisticated and timeless appearance, making it a popular choice for a wide range of applications in the textile industry.

Flame Resistant
N40 fire resistant yarn is a type of yarn specifically designed to resist high temperatures and retard the spread of fire in textile applications. This type of yarn is manufactured using special materials that have flame-retardant properties, which means they do not burn easily and have improved heat resistance compared to conventional yarns.
In short, N40 fire-resistant yarn is a crucial component in the manufacture of textile products that must meet stringent fire safety and high temperature standards.
Metallic
Metallic thread is a type of thread made from metallic materials, such as aluminum, copper, stainless steel, gold or silver, among others. Unlike conventional yarns made from textile fibers, metallic thread is composed of metallic filaments that can be thin and flexible, similar in appearance and handling to conventional sewing threads.
Metallic thread is used in a variety of applications, both functional and decorative. In the textile industry, it is used to add bright, eye-catching details to garments, accessories, embroidery and fabrics. It is also used in the manufacture of technical textiles for industrial applications, such as electrical conductors, filter fabrics and electromagnetic shielding textiles.

Reflective
Reflective thread is a type of yarn designed to improve visibility in low light or dark conditions by reflecting incident light. It is composed of a fiber core (usually polyester) coated with reflective material, such as glass microspheres or chemically treated reflective material.
When light strikes the reflective yarn, the microspheres or reflective material scatter the light back towards the original source, creating a bright, visible effect in the dark. This makes reflective yarn especially useful in clothing, accessories and sports equipment used in outdoor activities such as running, cycling or walking at night.
Illuminating Thread
Luminous yarn is a special type of yarn that emits its own light in the dark or in low visibility conditions. Unlike reflective yarn, which reflects incident light, luminous yarn is capable of generating its own light source, making it highly visible in the dark.
Luminous yarn generally contains phosphorescent or luminescent materials that absorb visible light or ultraviolet energy during the day and then emit that energy in the form of visible light when the light source disappears. This means that the yarn can “charge up” when exposed to light and then emit that stored light in the dark, creating a luminous effect.

Raised (Puff/3D) Embroidery
Relief embroidery, also known as puff embroidery or 3D embroidery, is a decorative technique that creates a three-dimensional effect in the design through the use of additional filler that raises certain areas of the embroidery above the surface of the base fabric. This type of embroidery is achieved through the use of special filler materials, such as foams or thicker threads, which are stitched under selected areas of the design to create volume and texture.
During the relief embroidery process, the desired area of the design is filled with the chosen filler material and then embroidered over with decorative stitches to secure the filler in place and define the contours of the design.
Appliqué
Appliqué embroidery is an embroidery technique that involves the appliquéing of fabric pieces onto a base fabric to create a decorative design. In this technique, fabric pieces are cut into specific shapes and stitched onto the base fabric using decorative stitches, such as appliqué stitches or border stitches, to secure them in place and enhance the design.
The word “appliqué” comes from French and means “to apply” or “to place on”. In appliqué embroidery, the fabric pieces can be of different colors, textures or patterns, allowing for the creation of complex and detailed designs with a variety of visual effects. This technique is especially popular in textile decoration, such as quilts, blankets, pillows, garments and accessories.
